On approximately February 1st, we will be changing our route days for Novato customers and some San Rafael customers to Tuesdays and Thursdays with returns Thursdays and Saturdays. Existing Novato Customers will receive a call from our Customer Satisfaction Team Members just before this starts to alert them to the change

Regularly scheduled bi-weekly customers receive weekly price.
Effective February 1, 2022, we will be adding a four dollar Inflation Adjustment and Fuel Surcharge to each invoice. We will reassess the need for this at the end of 2022.
For those whose service is below our $35 minimum charge in most areas, the practical effect will be that the minimum will show on invoices as $39 instead of $35 while this surcharge is being added.
We trust that our customers will continue to view the time saving and convenience benefit of our service as worth this additional charge, which is necessary to adapt to significant increases in our fuel and other costs.

Minimum Order Size
We provide free pick-up and delivery. But, we do have a minimum order charge, which is slightly larger further away from our home base. - $40 minimum charge in Napa County
- $50 minimum charge in Windsor (plus $10 delivery charge).

We have a family with young kids, and we know how quickly kids seem to produce dirty clothing. Yet, we also remember before that, when laundry still “piled up” before we finally had to get it done. We believe these minimums all fit within the amount of laundry
most people have ready on a weekly basis.
Special Care Items
When you become a customer, you will receive two bags: a blue one and a white one. Please place special care items in our white, mesh bags for special care items. We will dry these items partly on a low temperature setting or not dry them, depending on the instructions on each item.
